I have already calculated material cost, also power washing and renting a scissor lift---just don't know if there is an average price per sq ft like $1.75 I should charge. I am leasing there and the property mgr. is accepting bids and I have the time to do it at the moment. Any and all advice from experienced painters would be greatly appreciated.Need assistance on a bid for painting the exterior of a commercial industrial building---approx. 6,000 sq ft?
im not sure your area(location) quick and easy way, take your material cost multiply x .09 =? then add that to the original materials list..... bammm
