What year did they stop putting lead in industrial car paints & does solvent car paints contain lead?

Lead (white lead) and Tetra ethyl is very low in laquer thinner based paint these days. And water based paint is what more environmental manufactures are spraying. Just different coating procedure same results. I used to spray cancer causing paints and two part enamals with just minium personal protection equiptment. Lead based paint was banned in USA in 1980's
